Bobby Michener

Hi Jenny. I go for my kids and to enjoy the game. We relax and talk about the game. They learn more about baseball each time we go. Plus I enjoy getting the Big Porker and Hot Tamales. On Saturday night I had the privilege of watching a 3 run homer by the Pigs.

Thanks for sharing, Bobby. Sounds like you were lucky to see the Pigs playing a bit better than I did on Thursday.

Yep just a little bit better. And yesterday the Pigs finally won! Maybe they have time to turn this around before the season is over...

Did you notice that yesterday's win was NOT against the S/WB Yankees? See, they shouldn't start off the season with such a difficult team. Just like Penn State does in football, start off the season easier to get some wins (and confidence) under their belts. Then move on to the Int'l League champs, like the Yankees.

I was at the opening game too. In addition to actually watching the game, I love to see all the extra the "dirt dancers" who groom the field. Hysterical!
Go Pigs!

I also enjoyed the "dirt dancers" but I didn't reference them in my post because I couldn't figure out what to call them - you said it perfectly, Nancy, thanks!
